TIZZARD, Adam Lee Graham – July 1st, 1986 - January 22, 2010. Passed away suddenly on January 22, 2010, Adam Lee Graham Tizzard. Predeceased by grandfather Graham Noftall, uncle Ronald Noftall. Leaving to mourn, loving and devoted parents: mother Barbara Squires (Larry) and father Lee Tizzard; grandparents Gordon and Mary Tizzard; grandmother Gertrude Noftall and grandmother Judy Squires; uncles: Philip Noftall, Roger Noftall (Christine), Aubrey Noftall (Sadie), Greg (Angela) Squires; cousins: Matthew, Justin, Sonya, Peter, Sarah, Emily. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Saturday from 6-9 p.m. and Sunday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral services to be held at Church of the Ascension, Mt.
