An icon in the community in that people often said that they could set their clocks by him. He would drive around from sun up to sun down whether he needed to or not. He could drive with the best of them, would push er’ through and be always found trying to fix up any vehicle that needed fixing. He was the next best thing to buy and sell that you could find and if you wanted to go some where on the spur of the moment Mick was your man. He got out of many a snarl and to mention his name to someone usually gave you a story of something that happened along one road or another.
