We, the family of the late Sandra Jean Gibbons would like to thank everyone that was there for us in our time of need, whether it was dropping off food, flowers or coming by for a visit. We would also like to thank everyone who gave a donation made in her memory. Your warm thoughts were a comfort in our difficult time. We would also like to thank the many health care professionals: Dr Maharaj, Dr Naheem and staff at the Northside General Hospital, with special mention to the nurses and support staff on the 5th floor for their unbelievable care of Sandra throughout her hospital stays. We would also like to thank the homecare workers who made it possible for Sandra to spend her last year at home, instead of in the hospital. We can never express how much your care, concern and companionship meant to her. Special thanks, to Joanne MacNeil who helped with Sandra’s medical supplies. Sandra was a wonderful and loving mother, wife, sister, aunt, friend and teacher to many. In the end she taught us to take whatever life throws your way and just surround yourself with the love of family and friends.
She will be dearly missed by all.
