ELIZABETH (BETH) DOIDGE

It is with sadness, but in gratitude for a long life well lived, that we announce the passing of Elizabeth Doidge (nee Nadiger) on Feb. 4. Elizabeth (Beth) was born in Nokomis, SK. on February 8th, 1925. She grew up in the Haliburton School District. After teaching for several years, she married Wilfred Doidge in 1949. They farmed for several years south of Dafoe, SK, and then lived in Wadena, Jansen and Semans, SK. Widowed in 1993, she moved to Regina in 2002. Predeceased by parents, Joseph and Byng Nadiger, husband Wilfred Doidge, brother Walter, sisters Margaret and Aline (Ritz), brothers-in-law Louis Ritz, Bill Ellis, Ted (Mary) Doidge, and sons-in-law Wayne Bolt and Wally Davidson. She is survived by daughters Joanne Bolt, Patricia Davidson (Perry Masters), Linda (Dwayne) Law, and son Gary Doidge; grandchildren Dean and Chad (Amanda) Bolt, Brad, Mitch and Jared Davidson, Taryl and Janelle Law; great-grandchildren Hayley, Jake and Hannah; brother Herb (Elaine) Nadiger, sister Connie (Don) St. Onge, sister-in-law Pinky Nadiger; nieces and nephews. Memorial Service was held at Semans United Church on February 9. The Law Family wishes to thank friends and neighbours for cards, messages, food, flowers, hugs, and any expressions of sympathy during this time. It has been much appreciated.
