Peacefully in her husbad’s arms in Ottawa on Wednesday, Jan. 27, 2010, aged 51.
Beloved wife of 27 years to Richard Hayward. Loving and devoted stepmother of Katherine (Scott Bockus) and Sarah Hayward. Dear sister of Duncan MacLeod (Brenda), Kenneth MacLeod (Barbara), James MacLeod (Irene), Elizabeth Jonasson and John MacLeod (Nina).
Warmest thanks to the kind staff at the Elisabeth Bruyere Health Center, and to dear friends Mike and Janet, Blaine and Gillian, Andy and Eileen, Danny and Cheryl, Ralph and Gigi and Jeff and Lezlee for all of your support. Sarah is remembered affectionately as Big Sarah, for her bubbly laughter, her splendid entertaining, her spectacular garden, and her willingness to adopt any cat in need.
