We the family of the late Lorna MacDonald would like to express our sincere thanks to everyone that was there to comfort us during a great loss. We would like to thank everyone for their visits, phone calls, comfort, prayers, Mass and sympathy cards, monetary donations, and food brought to our home.
To all hospital staff, doctors, nurses, health care workers, palliative care and the cancer center, we thank you. Everything you did for Lorna was greatly appreciated. A special thank you to all Lorna's co-workers whom she called friends. Thank you for being by her side every step of the way. You kept her comfortable and happy with a smile on her face every day. You went above and beyond and she cherished you all. We would like to thank Bobby Francis, Father Peter McLeod, the choir, pallbearers and altar servers for such beautiful services. Also to CWL for a beautiful lunch. Thank you. Thank you to all who donated door prizes, put together, supported, and attended Lorna's benefit dance on December 19 2009. There is a sincere appreciation sent out to each and every one of you for making it such a huge success. Lorna was overwhelmed and very thankful to each of you. She couldn't find words strong enough to express her thanks. She wanted everyone to know just how grateful she was to have such great support from so many people. Just knowing this put a smile on her face. We will never be able to express our appreciation for the kindness, caring and support we received, but with deep and heartfelt thoughts, we thank you!
