The death occurred at the QE II Health Sciences Centre, Halifax, NS, on Monday, March 4, 2013, of Mildred Barlow of Wellington, aged 83 years. Born in Wellington, she was the daughter of the late Herman and Isabel (Morrison) Ferguson. Survived by her children Valerie (Patrick) Connors, Halifax, NS; Laverne (Gordon) MacRae, Baddeck, NS; Blair (Verna) Barlow, Wellington; Eric Barlow (Hermine Gallant), St. Nicholas; Sheila (Leslie) Enman, Ellerslie; Gertrude (Justin) MacLellan, Wellington; Carl (Joan) Barlow, Lot 16; Catherine (John) Mitchell, Union Corner; 20 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law Muriel (Roland) Millar; Shirley (Russell) Ramsay; Eleanor (Alvin) Arsenault; Claude, Eldon and Robert (Anna Mae) Barlow; and by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her husband Lorne Barlow; daughter Lorna Barlow; brother Ivan Ferguson; sisters Rena (Herbert) Bell, Ethel (Wilfred) Thompson and Mae (Winfred) Clark; sister-in-law Gladys McNeill; and brother-in-law Carl Barlow. Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside, until Friday, then to the Wellington United Church, for funeral service at 10:30 a.m. Interment in Hillside Cemetery, Wellington.
