Passed away suddenly at his home in Seal Cove on Saturday, January 30, 2010 age 80 years. Leaving to mourn sons Calvin (Dale), Mac (Rosemary), sisters Barbara Allen, Mildred Morgan (Abe), brother Charles (Gwen), grandchildren, Anne, Stephen, Ben, Adam, Leighann (Richard), Brad, great-grandchildren, Madison, Makensie. Also, nephews, nieces and a large circle of relatives and friends. Visitation in the James J. Hickey Memorial Funeral Home, Kelligrews on Monday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., Tuesday 10-12 noon.
