The family of the late Caroline (Venie) Pittman wish to express their deep appreciation to those who offered their kindness and support in our time of grief.

We gratefully acknowledge the many expressions of sympathy through cards, flowers, food, telephone calls, e-mails, monetary donations and prayers.

We appreciate the many kind words, and those who shared their many memories and stories regarding our beloved mother and grandmother. We are forever grateful.

Our appreciation goes out to Dr. Robert Young, for the excellent care he gave to our mother and to the staff of the Long Term Care, 4th floor north. A special thank you to our Aunt Marie Bennett, for opening up her home, and her heart, to all of us in our time of need.

A sincere thank you to Reverend Jean Brenton–Hickman, and Sadie Bennett for a lovely and meaningful service. Thank you to Fillatre’s Funeral Home for their compassion in our time of need.
