Passed peacefully away at Tiffany Village, surrounded by her loving family, on March 8, 2013, Dallas M. Green (Simms), in her 80th year Predeceased by her parents Wallace and Elizabeth (Simms), daughter Linda, sister Mona Howell and her husband Harry. Leaving to mourn her husband and best friend of 56 years, Mervyn; daughter Andrea Cook (Charles), grandson Christopher; son Larry (Debbie Walsh), granddaughter Wendy Walsh (John Parrott) and great-granddaughter Courtney of Calgary, Alberta; sister Amelia Nelson (Bill); numerous nephews and nieces and a large number of relatives and friends. Resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road with visitation on Saturday and Sunday from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Funeral service to take place at the Anglican Cathedral of St. John the Baptist on Monday March 11, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. Cremation to follow with private interment at a later date. The Family would like to thank Dr. Penton and the wonderful staff of Tiffany Village for their compassion and caring.
