MURPHY, Frank Murray- of The Meadows died March 9, 2013 at The Meadows. Born in Yarmouth, NS December 28, 1931 to the late Frank and Elvita (Madden) Murphy. Frank was a member of the Canadian Armed Forces for 27 years (RCA). Until his retirement was employed by Irving Speedy Propane. Left to mourn are his brother John, Yarmouth; daughters MaryEllen (Ron) Francis, Fredericton, New Brunswick; and Roxane (Corey) Heroux, Yarmouth; grandchildren Mark and Janet Fredericton, New Brunswick, Diana, David, Josh, Lacey, Heather and Shayna all of Yarmouth, six great grandchildren and one on the way . Predeceased by wife Pauline (Swaine) and daughter Lorna Sweeney. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Sweeny's Funeral Home and Crematorium, Yarmouth. Visitation was held Tuesday March 12, 2013 from 7-9 p.m. at Sweeny’s Funeral Home Chapel. A Memorial service was held Wednesday March 13, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. from Sweeny's Funeral Home Chapel, Pastor Paul Parks officiated. Interment was in the Cheggogin Cemetery. Family flowers only.
