BOUDREAU, Michael Joseph “ Fish Mike” – 67, of Wedgeport, passed away at the Yarmouth Regional Hospital on March 8, 2013. Born on June 2, 1945 in Yarmouth, he was a son of the late Abel and Elizabeth (Muise) Boudreau. Mike was a fisherman and he always had a smile on his face. He loved fishing, hunting and always welcomed people in his home. Mike always loved a great party. He is survived by his loving wife, Cynthia (Corporon) Boudreau; children, Donald (Donna) Boudreau, Eugene Boudreau, Arlin (Donna) Boudreau, Charmaine (Clark Surette) Boudreau, Angela Cogswell, step-son, Michael (Sam Higby) Surette; siblings; Gertrude (George) MacAlpine, William (Shirley) Boudreau, Patrick (Annette) Boudreau, Walter (Sherry) Boudreau, Vincent (Pauline) Boudreau, Betty Anne (Late William) Doucette, Geraldine (Jimmy) Jacquard, Therese (Late John) Doucette, Lorrianne (James) Frotten, Lorena (Milton) Bourque, Kathleen (Emile) Comeau, Nora (Robert) Muise, David (Nora) Boudreau; 17 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren. Funeral arrangements were under the care and direction of H.M Huskilson’s Funeral Home, Wedgeport with a visitation from 3 to 9 p.m. Monday, March 11. A funeral mass was held on Tuesday at 11 a.m., at Saint Michael Catholic Church, Wedgeport, Father Albeni d’Entremont officiating. An internment was held in the parish cemetery. Memorial donations in Mike’s memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Canadian Diabetes Association.
