GAUTHIER, LÉONCE - Léonce Gauthier, 62, Greenwood Drive, Shediac, NB, passed away on Thursday, March 14th, 2013 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre. Born July 5th, 1950 in Shediac, he was the son of the late Dosithée and Géneviève (Boudreau) Gauthier. Before his retirement, he was employed with the Villa Providence in Shediac. He will be sadly missed by two brothers: Jean-Paul (Élaine) of Orangeville, ON and Émile of Shediac; special friends: Adolphe and Marguerite Babineau of Shediac River, as well as several nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by a brother, Albert and one sister: Yvonne.
The family will receive condolences at the Frenette Funeral Center, 396, Main Street, Shediac (532-3297) on Sunday, March 17th, from 7 to 9 pm and Monday, March 18th from 9:30 am until time of departure. The funeral mass will be celebrated at St-Joseph R.C. Church, Shediac, on Monday, March 18th, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. In memory of Léonce, a donation to the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont Hospital Foundation or to the Arthritis Society of New-Brunswick would be appreciated.
