JANET MARY PROBERT
We the family of the late Janet Probert would like to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to everyone for their kindness and support during our most recent loss. Thank you to all who kept us in their prayers, phoned and sent food, flowers, sympathy cards, on-line condolences and memorial donations. We would like to acknowledge the excellent care provided to Janet both at home and while in hospital, by Dr. John Kirkpatrick, and the kindness and care of the nurses on Three West at the Northside General Hospital. A special thank you to Rev. Nick Phillips of Carmen United Church in Sydney Mines, for his visits with Janet both at home and in hospital - your kindness and prayers were greatly appreciated. Our sincere thanks to Rhodina, Heather, Marie and Sam for your care and companionship, and a very special thank you to Golda and Sylvia, you were there when we needed you most. We would like to thank David Dunlop of MacAskill’s Funeral Home in Baddeck, and Danny Campbell, of Dooley’s Funeral Home in North Sydney, for their direction, professionalism and support. A very special thank you to Lola MacQuarrie, your kindness and support will not be forgotten. We are so grateful to everyone who attended the service in Middle River to honor and remember Janet. Thank you to Rev. Alison Etter and Rev. Louis Ihasz for the beautiful service and personal message. Thank you to the pallbearers- you each held a special place with Janet, and to Jeanie MacKinnon and Caroline Barcley, your hymns would surely have made Janet smile. Thank you to the organist and choir for contributing to a beautiful service, and to the ladies of the UCW for the lovely lunch provided during the reception.
