Passed away suddenly on February 2nd, 2010, at the Agnes Pratt Nursing Home, Edward Jacob Goodyear, age 84 years. Leaving to mourn his loving wife of 62 years Annie Jean; son Ernest (Wanda) of Ontario; daughters: Gloria Hogle (John) of North Carolina, Christine Fluney (Grant) of Ontario, Brenda Murray (Dennis) of Topsail, Pauline Pope (Barry) of Mt. Pearl; nine grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren. Also a large number of family and friends and his little angel. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Thursday, February 4th, 2010 from 7-9 p.m. and on Friday, February 5th, 2010 from 2 -5 and 7-9. Funeral service to be held at Barrett's Chapel on Saturday, February 6th, 2010 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Whitbourne.
