RICHARDS, Beatrice Claire – 83, Truro. It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Beatrice Claire (Kelly) Richards, on Sunday, March 24, 2013, at Cedarstone Enhanced Care, surrounded by her loving family. Born October 18, 1929, in Moncton, New Brunswick, she was the daughter of the late Frederick and Helena (Cork) Kelly. Beatrice is survived by her husband, Donald; daughter, Cathy; grandson, Christopher; brothers, Francis, Roy; sisters, Jean, Gertrude. Along with her parents, she was predeceased by her sisters, Marie, Dorothy, Stella, Ann, Evelyn, Patricia; brothers, Edmund, Vincent, Clement, Frederick, Gerald. A special thank you is extended to the staff at Cedarstone Enhanced Care for the care provided to Beatrice throughout her residency and the comfort provided to her and her family in her final days. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 3 p.m., Wednesday, March 27, 2013, in Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, 669 Prince Street, Truro, Father Dariusz Miskowicz officiating. Reception will follow in Campbell Hall. In lieu of flowers, donations to Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia or St. Vincent de Paul Society are welcomed.
