CORMIER, PRESCILLE - 1918 - 2013 - Prescille Cormier, 94, of Foyer Côte D’Or, Cocagne and formerly of Cocagne, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 24th, 2013, at the Dr Georges L Dumont Hospital University Centre, Moncton. She was married to the late Levi Cormier (1999). Born in Six Roads, she was the daughter of the late Lange and the late Geneviève (Karry) Duguay. She will be sadly missed by her seven children; Leola Melanson (Philippe), Bernice LeBlanc (Leonard) both of Moncton, Aldona Brun (Normand) of Grande-Digue, Pat Henze (Charlie) of Belle River, ON, Gisèle Bourque (Marcel), Philippe (Louisa) and Victor (Stella) all of Cocagne, twenty grandchildren, thirty seven great grandchildren and eight great great grandchildren. She also leaves to mourn two sisters; Maria Tremblay of Hamilton, ON, Anna Allain of Moncton and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by one son Gilbert (1965), three sisters; Azilda, Winnie, Célina and three brothers; Amedée, Antoine and Gilbert.
Visitations will be held at the Saint-Pierre Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room, Cocagne on Tuesday, March 26th, 2013 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 and on Wednesday from 9 to 10:45 am. Funeral Mass will be held at the Cocagne Church on Wednesday, March 27th, 2013 at 11:00 am with interment in the parish cemetery later in the spring.
