Passed peacefully at the L.A. Miller Centre on March 26, 2013, at the age of 84 years, surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents, Bridget (nee Pendergast) and Michael O’Reilly; brothers, Bill and Jack; sisters Theresa, Mary, Marguerite and Patricia, and infant son Gerard. He will always be dearly missed by his loving wife of 59 years, Gabriella, daughters Meri (Bill Stanley), Cathyann (Graham Dennis), Gabe (Gerry MacMillan), Karen (David Taylor), Andrea (Jose Fernandez-Stoll; sons Michael (Jill) and Gerry (Michelle) and grandchildren, Stefanie, Laragh, Heidi, Vanessa, Amie, Gabby, Reilly, Mitch, Wesley, Brendan and Max and many great-grandchildren (Liam, Aleigha, Jaicee, William, Emma, Isabella, Kip, Gulliver); also left with loving memories are his sisters-in-law: Mary Gamberg, Nellie (Dick Hayes) and Lillian Martin, and many other family members and friends. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home on Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. and Thursday from 2- 4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 30, 2013 from Caul’s Chapel at 11:00 a.m. with interment to follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations can be made to the School Lunch Program.
