Passed away suddenly at Welland Hospital in Welland, Ontario, on February 4, 2010, Emmanuel (Bud) Billard, age 71 years. He leaves to mourn his sons: Tony and Jason; his loving wife, Geraldine (Jell); children: Lisa, Pat, Jamie, Dean, Joann and Michelle; brothers: Bernard (Rosalind), Eg (Linda), Paul (Judy), Greg (Brenda), Keith, (Gloria), Bob (Mary), Welland, Ont.; sister, Betty; as well as grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many friends. Cremation has taken place in Welland.
