Passed peacefully away after a courageous battle with cancer while surrounded by her loving family at the Carbonear General Hospital on Friday, March 22, 2013, Deborah 'Debbie' Bray of Harbour Grace, age 53 years. Predeceased by grandparents: Ronald Hearn and Dorothy Hearn Yetman; Leonard and Elizabeth Bray. Left to mourn, one daughter: Alyssa Shaw, Harbour Grace; two sons: Marlon Rhines and Tyler Rhines, both of Perth, ON; two grandchildren: Strider and Riley; parents: Patricia and Herbert Bray, Harbour Grace; one brother: Lenny (Lori), Mississauga, ON; four sisters: Patsy (Sean), Acton, ON, Bonnie (Rob), Brampton, ON, Kathie (Kerry), Georgetown, ON and Dodie (Roger), Brampton, ON; very dear friends: Terry Crocker and Sharon Kitchen, both of Harbour Grace; also aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and very special friends. Rested at Noel's Funeral Home, Harbour Grace. Father William Pearce conducted the funeral mass on Monday, March 25 at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Riverhead, Harbour Grace. Cremation followed. Inurnment took place on Wednesday, March 27 in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Harbour Grace. Donations in her memory may be made to the Deborah ‘Debbie’ Bray Memorial Fund.
