Passed away at G.B. Cross Hospital, Clarenville, April 7, 2013, age 91. Predeceased by her husband Milton in 2005. She leaves behind, with loving memories, sisters Gladys and Charlotte; children Naida, Wayne, Nancy and Barry; grandchildren John, Jamie, Stella and Julie; many extended family and friends. She taught school in Clarenville for many years, retiring in 1973. She was a generous, loving, caring, supportive mother and grandmother, an energetic, industrious woman who always loved to read. She kept high standards in all things, even the smallest tasks. Stella was cremated per her instructions and her ashes laid to rest in the Jehovah's Witnesses' Cemetery on Random Island. Grateful thanks from the family to those who by their presence, kindness and caring, helped ease our grief and loss.
