Passed peacefully away at the Dr. G B Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on Monday, April 22, 2013, Alice Avery of Long Beach, aged 91 years. Predeceased by husband Walter; daughter Eugena and infant son Stanley. Left with fond and loving memories her children Melvin (Dinah), Audrey (Roland), Ida (Cater), Ivy (Donald), Stanley (Brenda) and Christine (Albert); son-in-law Jake; 14 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; sister Hazel (Robert); sister-in-law Gwen; brother-in-law Allan; and a large circle of family and friends. Rested at St. Mark’s Anglican Church, Long Beach. Funeral service took place on Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at the Anglican Church, Long Beach with interment at the United Cemetery, Long Beach.
