O'BRIEN, AARON CHARLES - 1978 - 2013 - The tragic death of Aaron Charles O'Brien, 34, of Moncton, occurred suddenly on Tuesday, April 23, 2013. Born in Sackville, Aaron was a son of Brenda (nee Emmerson) and the Late Jack O'Brien. Aaron excelled at sports, in particular hockey and skateboarding. When he played baseball, his pitching skill was legendary among the other players. He was a practical joker who loved music and cats. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends with whom he was very close. Aaron leaves to mourn his mother, Brenda (Allain Leger), of Dorchester; a brother, Sheldon (Trish Sandieson) O'Brien, of Dieppe; many aunts, uncles, cousins and also his other family at the special care homes on Stedman Street and Weldon Street. Besides his father, Jack, Aaron was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Charles and Yvonne Emmerson and his paternal grandparents, Joe and Mary MacKenzie.
Arrangements for Aaron are entrusted into the care and guidance of the Jones Family at the Jones Funeral Home, 70 Bridge Street, Sackville (364-1300). A graveside service will be held at the St. Edward's Cemetery, Dorchester on Saturday, April 27, 2013 at 4 pm. Pastor Henry Grift officiating.
