It is with great sadness that the family of the late LILLIAN HOLLEY formerly of Point Rosie & Garnish, NL, announces her passing at The Interfaith Nursing Home, in Carbonear, on Tuesday, April 16, at the age of 91. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are: Son – Wayne (Mary) of Colliers; Daughter – Ruby (Peter Clarke) of English Harbour East; Sister-in-law – Muriel (Claude) Lane of Summerville, Brother – Nelson (Lorraine) May of Garnish; Special friend – Edna May of Garnish; 6 Grandchildren – Corey Clarke (Helene) of Saint John, Quebec, Carl Clarke (Tonia) of Burin, Colin Clarke (Vicki) of Burin, Mariette Sceviour (Jimmy) of Colliers, Melinda Kennedy (Gerald) of South River & Wayne Holley (Janis) of Oshawa, ON; 7 Great-Grandchildren – Stephen, Justin, Mia, Claire, Ashley, Kayley & Cole; 1 Great-great-grandson - Christopher; plus a large circle of relatives and friends, especially her friends at Callingwood Downs Seniors Complex in Clarke’s Beach. Pre-deceased by Husband – Charles & Granddaughter – Maureen Clarke.

The Funeral Service was held on Sunday, April 28th, at 4:00 p.m., at St. Giles Anglican Church. Interment followed at the Anglican Cemetery in Garnish. In Lillian’s memory donations may be made to the St. Giles Anglican Church Building Fund, Garnish. No flowers by request of the family.
