Peacefully at the Colville Manor on Monday, July 14, 2008, of Margaret Baxter of Souris and formerly of St.Catherine’s and Smithfield, Rhode Island. Beloved wife of the late George Baxter. Loving sister of Mary L. “Met’’ MacIntyre, Daniel, Betty Graves, Reggie, Kenny and Jean MacDonald. Also survived and sadly missed by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, James and Bertha Gregory, brothers Michael, Gus and sister Mary (John D.) MacIntyre. Resting at the Dingwell Funeral Home, Souris, for visiting hours on Tuesday evening 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday morning from 9 a.m. until time of the funeral. Funeral to be held Wednesday morning from St Mary’s Church, Souris, with funeral mass to be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Interment in the church cemetery.
