At the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Monday, April 29, 2013, of Anita Trainor, formerly of Stratford, age 87 years.
Beloved wife of the late Joseph Trainor and loving mother of Francis and Kevin Trainor, Bernadette Driscoll and Shirley LeClair (Robert). Anita is also survived by six grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandson and her sister, Phyllis Jenkins.
She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph Trainor; son-in-law, Danny Driscoll; granddaughter, Chrystal Trainor; grandsons, Robert LeClair and baby Trainor; and her sisters, Lillian Cooper and Mary MacDonald.
Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home, 2 Hollis Ave., Stratford, for visitation on Thursday, May 2, 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday, May 3, at Our Lady of the Assumption Church, Stratford, at 2 p.m. Interment will follow at the church cemetery.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.
