Michael 'Dukey' MacIntyre, age 71 of Toronto, passed away suddenly on Thursday, May 2, 2013 at his residence.
Born and raised in Glace Bay, he was the son of the late Mikey and Bridget (Bonner) MacIntyre.
Michael resided in Ontario for the past 20 years.
He is survived by his son, Michael (Diane), Glace Bay; one sister, Marcella (Willie), Belleville, Ontario; two brothers, Jim (Jean), Riverview, N.B., Frank, Glace Bay and by his granddaughter, Olivia MacIntyre.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by a sister, Lillian and a brother, Garfield, London, Ontario.
Cremation has taken place under the direction of the V.J. McGillivray Funeral Home in Glace Bay. Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced at a later date.
