Passed peacefully away in the presence of her loving family, on May 7, 2013, Alverna Mary Sullivan of St. John’s (formerly Fermeuse) in her 86th year. Predeceased by her parents: Andrew and Elizabeth Kenny; husband Jim; brothers: Ted, Clifford, Albert, and Fabian (Katherine); sisters: Kathleen (Arthur Pelley), Anita (Mike O’Dea), and Genton (Stan Burton). Leaving to mourn with loving memories, daughters: Marilyn and Sharon (Bernie); sons: Ken, Ron (Eva) and Shawn (Sandi); grandchildren: Justin (Sierra) and Ryan Parker, Scott (Andrea) and Jodi Hunt, Jamie and K.J. Sullivan, Colin, Ryan and Dani Sullivan, Abbey and Nicholas Sullivan; great-grandchildren: Bronson and Keston Hunt; sister Vera Hagan; brothers: Loyola (Beth) Kenny and Ed (Gen) Kenny; sisters-in-law: Jean Kenny, Marion Kenny, Ruth Kenny; as well as many other family members and friends.
