At the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Thursday, May 9, 2013, of Jean Diamond (nee Arsenault) of Winsloe, age 76 years. Beloved wife of the late John "Smokey" Diamond and loving mother of Christine Elliott (Rick), Wade Doucette (Laurie), Paul Doucette, Brenda Kirk, Ward Doucette (Michelle), Darren Doucette (Carrie) and Nancy Gaudet. Jean is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and brother Nelson Arsenault (Eileen), and sister-in-law Marjorie Arsenault. She was predeceased by her first husband Patrick Doucette; sisters Emily, Rita, Catherine, Yvonne and Mary; and brothers Arthur, Henry, Alphonse, Emile, and Ben. Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home, 2 Hollis Ave., Stratford, for visitation on Friday, May 10, 6-9 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated at the Church of the Most Holy Redeemer on Saturday, May 11, at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at the People’s Cemetery, Charlottetown.
