WALLACE, JOHN "JACK" H. - John "Jack" H. Wallace passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones at the Chalmer’s Regional Hospital on Thursday, May 23, 2013. Jack was born in Chipman on November 19th, 1937 son of the late John and Rosebud (Wasson) Wallace. Jack will be sadly missed by his loving wife of 50 years, Inez (Small) and their children, Vicki (Paul) Pollock of Chipman, NB, Lori (James) Rotteau of Exeter ON, Mike (Julie) Wallace of Grandbay, NB; sister, Bette (Malcolm) McPhee of Chipman, NB and sister-in-law, Evelyn (Eric) Knox; grandchildren, Chad, Mandi-Lee, Wyatt, Jourdie, Mikayla and one great grandson, Hudson; several nieces and nephews. Jack loved the great outdoors and enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening, wood working, walking his dog "Odie" and hanging out with the boys at Zane’s garage.
The family will receive comfort from family and friends on Monday, May 27th, 2013 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Funeral service will be held at the Chipman Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, May 28th, 2013 at 2:00pm. Interment will be in the Second Chipman United Baptist Cemetery following the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Palliative Care Unit at the Chalmer’s Regional Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
