It is with great sadness that the family of the late Sharon Darlene Blanchard announce her passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital on Wednesday, May 29, 2013, at the age of 50 years. Leaving to mourn with loving memories her husband Paul, brothers: Kevin & Marjorie Welsh, Donald & Joy Welsh, Tony & Brenda Welsh, Owen & Daphne Welsh; sisters: Laura & Tom Bryan, Juanita Welsh & Jerry; also left to mourn are 15 nieces and nephews and a large circle of relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her father John Welsh. Visitation will take place on Friday, May 31st. 2-4 p.m. from the United Church in Woody Point and to continue at the Anglican Church in Woody Point where the funeral service will take place on Saturday, June 1st with Rev. Brian Pearson officiating and cremation will follow. Donations in Sharon’s name can be made to the SPCA. No flowers by the family’s request.
