Dear father of Michael Starr (Shauna Brownlee-Starr) of Stittsville and Melanie Starr (Adrian London) of Kincardine, Richard Starr of Fredericton, Jeffrey Starr of Saint John and grandfather of eight grandchildren. Predeceased by his brother Richard "Dickie" Starr.
