HEYWOOD, LEE LINDSAY - May 1, 1948 - June 8, 2013 - Lee L. Heywood of Fredericton, NB passed away on June 8, 2013 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital after a two year struggle with lymphona. Lee was born May 1, 1948 in Saint John, NB. She was predeceased by her father, Rex George Heywood in 2005; and her mother, Leona Margaret (Briggs) in 2010. Survived by her sister, Sylvia Hawton (Earl) of Prince William, NB; and nephews and niece. Lee is also survived by her loving companion and partner, Yvonne Jean Westall, whose care over the last two years could only be described as unsurpassed.
Resting at the Culberson Funeral Home, 188 Connell Street, Woodstock, NB. Visitation and viewing will be on Tuesday, June 11, 2013 from 12 to 1 pm. Funeral services for Lee Heywood will be held on Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at 1:00 pm from the Culberson Memorial Chapel with Rev. John Hoag officiating. Interment to follow at the Lindsay Cemetery.
