It is with great sadness that the family of David Darren O’Flaherty announce his sudden passing on June 3, 2013 in Corner Brook, NL at the age of 51. He will be lovingly remembered by his parents Frances and Patrick O’Flaherty; sisters Allie O’Flaherty, Barbara Earle; brothers: Patrick, Dennis (Ina Saunders) and Anthony; nieces Tammy Earle (Eddie Welshman), April Earle (Mitchell Kendell), Crystal Earle, Chantelle O’Flaherty, Renee O’Flaherty, June O’Flaherty, Shyanne Kean; nephews: Christopher O’Flaherty, Derek O’Flaherty, Allen Penney; uncles: Bob Carew, Jimmy Carew, Eddie O’Flaherty; aunts: Barbara Nash, Cathline Gaulton, Patsy O’Flaherty, Lorraine O’Flaherty. The funeral service will be held Tuesday, June 11th at 2:00 p.m. from St. Mary’s Anglican Church, Curling Street, Reverend Roberta Woodman officiating, followed by the interment at Mt. Patricia Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 218 Curling Street Monday, June 10th from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or memorial donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
