Surrounded by his loving family, Kevin Pafford passed away peacefully at Western Memorial Regional Hospital, Corner Brook on Thursday, June 13, 2013 in his 75th year. Leaving to mourn with fond and precious memories: his wife of 54 years, Susan; children: Billy (Meanie), Debbie (Kevin) and Perry (Kelly); grandchildren: Dede (Jamie), Robyn (Ryan), Demara, Chandler and Shyloh; great-grandchildren: Oliva and Addison; brothers: Arch (Merielle) and Reg (Dorothy); sisters: Pearl (Donald), Suzanne, Barb (Frank), Nancy (Vick), Lorraine (Lloyd), Marilyn (Derek), Leah (Paul), as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Annie Elizabeth and William Pafford; brother, Donald Pafford and brother-in-law, Harold Wish. Friends may visit Country Haven Funeral Home, 167 Country Road, on Saturday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. At Kevin’s request, cremation will take place. The funeral service will take place from The Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist Anglican Church, Main Street, on Monday, June 17, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. with the Very Reverend Baxter Park officiating. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the charity of one’s choice.
