Passed suddenly and unexpectedly in Thornhill, Ontario, Edward James (“Ted” and “Odie”), aged 52 years, formerly of Carbonear. Predeceased by parents John G.W. and Mabel I. Rorke. Left to mourn brothers: John (Jackie) Rorke, St. John’s, Gene Rorke, Centre Rawdon, NS and Neil Rorke, Carbonear; as well as extended family and a wide circle of friends in Carbonear and Ontario. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Ted’s life will take place on Saturday, July 6 at 2:00 p.m. from Bethany United Church, Carbonear. Inurnment in Bethany United Cemetery, Carbonear.
