It is with great sadness that the family of the late Judy Burt (Coombs) announce her sudden passing on July 2nd, 2013 at the age of 51. Predeceased by father Thomas, brother Gerald, sister Marjorie Sweeney, step-brother Henry (Marge), mother and father-in-law Harvey and Grace Burt. Leaving to mourn beloved husband and best friend Dan and cherished daughter Sara (Will Butt). Also left to mourn mother Mary Coombs; brothers: Bill (Sheila), Don (Lucy); sister Mary Barnes (Gord); brothers-in-law: Angus Sweeney, Cyril Burt; sisters-in-law: Eleanor Dove (Lloyd), Bonnie White (Wince), Ceclie Gouveia (Jim). Loving aunt to Angus, Gerry, Rhonda, Danielle, Brad, Mandy, Ashley, Kayla and Judy. Special greataunt to Brandon, Kendall, Keisha, Abby, Will, Kiera, Jacob, Jackson and Kate. Also leaving a large circle of family and friends especially Jill White and Tina (Ches) Maddigan. Resting at Pendergast’s Funeral Home, Bell Island on Thursday, July 4th, and Friday, July 5th from 12-4 p.m. and 6-9 p.m. Funeral Mass on Saturday, July 6th at 2 p.m. from St. Michael’s Church, Bell Island with interment to follow. Flowers are welcome or a donation can be made to St. Michael’s Church, Bell Island or to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
