HATFIELD, BRENDA - 1965 - 2013 - Brenda Hatfield of Riverview passed away on Wednesday, July 3, 2013 at the Moncton Hospital. Born in St. John’s NL, later moving to Moncton, she was employed for several years at Superstore in the bakery where she fulfilled her passion for making and decorating cakes. She loved nothing more than sharing them with others. She also loved travelling, camping and of course spending time with her beloved grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by her husband, Brian Harris; daughter, Holly (Jeremy) McDonald; mother, Barbara (Gary) Phillips of Moncton; father, Patrick McDonald (Daphne) of Calgary; step-daughters, Samantha; Stephanie; Sarah; Savannagh; Brianna; twin brother, Bernard McDonald (Kim); brother, Shaun McDonald (Shannon); sisters, Leila (Jeff) Thompson; Kerri (Kelly) Johansen; Kris (Rene) Johansen; nieces, Marissa McDonald; Lindsay McDonald; nephew, Brandon McDonald; and grandchildren, Zachary and Morgan.
The family will be receiving friends and relatives at Cobb’s Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 330 Whitepine Rd., (869-2007) on Saturday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8pm. A service celebrating Brenda’s life will take place from Cobb’s Funeral Home Memorial Chapel on Sunday, July 7, 2013 at 2:30pm with Rev. Chris VanBuskirk officiating.
