The death occurred at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Thursday, August 14, 2008, of Irene M. Burke of Charlottetown. Beloved wife of the late Elwin Burke. Mother of Joanne and Scott (Laura Kell) Burke. Sister of Annie Clow, Alma Moase and Ena Stevenson. Predeceased by brothers Roy Morrison, Alexander (Sandy) Morrison and William (Willie) Morrison. Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel from where a private service will be held on Monday. Interment in Sherwood Cemetery. No visiting hours by personal request.
