HUBBARD, Bradford Joseph “Brad” – 47, of Yarmouth, passed away on July 18, 2013. Born on June 3, 1966 in Yarmouth, he was a son of George (Millie Deveau-Hubbard) Hubbard and Norma (Bob Frelick) Muise-Frelick. Brad worked for 20 plus years at Acadian Seaplants Ltd. where he was well respected and loved. He was a kind and loving father, son and brother. He loved gardening and playing golf. He is survived by his children, Mathew (17 years old) and Heidi (15 years old) Hubbard and their mother, Sheila Hubbard; brothers, Ben (Bonnie), Arcadia; Henry (Brenda), Ottawa; Brad’s aunt Hilda who he shared a special bond with. He was predeceased by his uncle, Anthony Hubbard who he was close to. Funeral arrangements were under the care and direction of H.M. Huskilson’s Funeral Home, 29 Albert Street, Yarmouth, with visitation from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday, July 21 with prayers at 8 p.m. A funeral mass was held at 11 a.m. Monday in Saint Anne’s Catholic Church, Ste. Anne-du-Ruisseau, Father Albeni d’Entremont and Deacon Bruce Hubbard officiated. An interment was held in the parish cemetery. Memorial donations in Brad’s memory may be made to Mental Health, Yarmouth S.P.C.A or the Yarmouth Food Bank.
