Peacefully, with her family by her side, at her home in Stratford on Aug. 13, 2013, Michele Dawn Cudmore, age 51, journey in this world came to an end.
Michele was the beautiful wife to Jamie and loving mother to Jonathan, Benjamin and Tess. Michele will always be remembered by her mother, Elizabeth (Liz) Chandler; her sisters, Natalie McIsaac (Guy), Kim Chandler; and sister-in-law, Laura Cudmore (Gary Gallant). She was predeceased by her father, John (Jack and Gloria) Chandler.
Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home. A private celebration of life service will be held by the family. Public visiting hours will be held at the funeral home on Friday, Aug. 16, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Michele’s memory may be made to the Hospice Palliative Care.
Thanks so much to the home-care team and nurses who made Michele’s final days as comfortable as possible.
This is just a journey so drop your worries, you’ll turn out fine in the end. But you gotta keep your head up, I know it’s hard to remember, but you gotta keep your head up and you’ll turn out fine in the end.
