The death occurred peacefully, surrounded by her family, at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Monday, August 25, 2008, of Rita Margaret Wilson (nee Ronaghan), age 73 years. Beloved wife of 55 years to Albert Wilson. Loving mother of Father Danny, Debbie Hughes (Shawn), Mary Nicholson (Leon), Wanda Martin (Frank), Jimmy Wilson (Darla) and Ginny Campbell (Colin). Sister of Marion Ranahan (Bert). Grandmother to Amanda Skanes, Krista Didychuk, Shawna and Pamela Hughes, Joshua, Jena and Daniel Nicholson, Kristine and Jeremy Martin, Owen Wilson and Jared Pollard and April and Justine Wilson. Predeceased by her parents, James and Josephine Ronaghan (nee Clarkin); her brothers, Edward, Alfred, Earl and Wilfred Ronaghan; her sisters, Mary Ellen MacDonald and Agnes O’Brien; and her sons, Albert and Joey. Remains resting at the St. Theresa Little Flower Parish, Morell, on Wednesday, August 27, 2008, for visitation from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral mass to be held on Thursday, August 28, 2008, from St. Theresa Little Flower Parish, Morell, at 2 p.m. Interment in the parish cemetery. Donations in Rita’s memory may be made to the Little Flower Parish Fund or the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Respiratory Fund. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the North Shore Funeral Home in Morell.
