It is with great sadness and fond memories that the family of the late Marjorie Kathleen Park announce her peaceful passing surrounded by her family at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital cared for with compassion by all attending Nurses and Doctors on Saturday August 31, 2013 at the age of 71 years. She leaves to celebrate her life and her love with fond and loving memories son Victor Park (Val), twin granddaughters Dayna & Denyne (Mike), sisters Anita of Kitchener, Ontario, Alice (Gerald) Wheeler of Corner Brook, NL, Margaret Lovell, North Shore Manor, Irishtown, NL, Evelyn (Terry) of Cox’s Cove, NL, brothers Joey (Loretta) Park, David (Daisy) Park of Cox’s Cove, NL, Special Niece Joan (Tony) Oxford, sister in law Nina Baldwin, also a large circle of Nieces, Nephews, Relatives and Friends. She was predeceased by parents John (1984) & Diana (1977) Park, brothers Jackie (1991) & sister in law Stella (2000), Andy & sister in law Bridget (1999), James (1994), Ira, sisters Nona (2009), Katie (2013) and brother in law Richard (2010), brother in law Bud (2011), and Special friend Meryl (2005). At Marjorie’s request cremation has taken place. Friends my visit Country Haven Funeral Home, 167 Country Road for a celebration of Marjorie’s on Wednesday September 4, 2013 between the hours of 7-9 P.M... Funeral Service will take place from Country Haven Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday September 5, 2013 at 10:30 A.M. with Father Edward Terry officiating with interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to a charity of ones choice. The family guest book may be signed by visiting our website at www.country-haven.ca.
