BURGESS, HAZEL ELEANOR - The death of Hazel Burgess occurred on Tuesday, September 3, 2013. She was born on April 27, 1933 in Saint John to the late Curtis and Jennie Burger. Hazel worked in Sales for Century 21 and had various other sales and service jobs throughout her long working career. In her spare time she enjoyed long drives and watching wrestling on TV. She is survived by her seven sons: Tommy, Jimmy, and Stephen Mason and Kevin, Brian, Curtis and Danny Thorne; sisters: Lois, Cora and Elsie and several daughters-in-law, grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents; husbands; brother and other sisters.
Arrangements are under the care of Brenan's Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424). In keeping with Hazel's wishes, no formal funeral services will be observed.
