BABINEAU, JOSEPH LÉON - Joseph Léon Babineau lost his battle with cancer on August 31, 2013 at the Saint Micheal Hospice in Burnaby. Predeceased by his father Alderic Babineau (1982) and mother Dorilla Légère Babineau (2010). Leaving in mourning his brother Guy D. Babineau (common-law wife Léa Maillet), his common-law wife Laurinda Garland, her two kids (daughter) Morganna Drummond, (son) Nicholas Drummond (wife Dorthea Gregoire), granddaughter Abby Drummond, mother-in-law Marilyn Garland, uncle, aunt, cousins and lots of close friends. Léon Babineau you will be greatly missed by all.
His funeral will be held at the Notre-Dame Cemetery on Saturday, September 21, 2013 at 9:30am. A small ceremony will be held at his brother Guy Babineau's (14 Cove Road, Notre-Dame) at 2:00pm, all relatives and his friends are welcome to celebrate Léon Babineau's life.
