It is with great sadness that the family of the late Heidi Boyd announce her passing on Tuesday, September 24th, 2013 at the age of 24 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her parents, Patricia Boyd, Corner Brook and Jack Wheaton, Corner Brook; brother, Sean (Angela), Corner Brook; niece and nephews: Cole, Charlea and Mason; uncle: Wade Barry (Marilyn); as well as other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her grandparents, Fronie and Patty Barry. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Marks Avenue on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Friday, September 27th at 10:30 A.M. from the Cathedral of the Most Holy Redeemer, Mt. Bernard Avenue with Bishop Ustrzycki officiating. The interment will follow at Mt. Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association, Newfoundland Division.
