Brother-in-law of Myrtie MacRae (Arthur, deceased) and Ida MacMillan. Predeceased by his wife, Betty (nee MacMillan), by his parents, Harold and Ruth Stead, by his brothers, Wallace and Sterling and by his brothers-in-law, Cyril MacMillan (Jean) and Eric MacMillan.
