Passed away peacefully at Western Memorial Hospital on Friday, October 11th, 2013 David Galliott at the age of 72 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his children: Teresa (Tom Ward), Ontario, Joseph (Debbie), Rex, Grant (Jennifer) and Bettina (Cory); sisters: Marjorie (Stephen Gavin), Susan (Hedley Crocker); brothers: John (Jean) Galliott, Jim (Karen) Galliott, Stephen (Carol) Galliott; good friend Mary-Jo; Aunt Mary and Uncle Herbert Wilton, Aunt Isabel Hollahan; as well as a large circle of grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Thomas and Olive (nee Wilton) Galliott; niece Tammy Galliott and nephew Stephen Crocker. Granting his wishes cremation has taken place at Humber Valley Crematorium. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 218 Curling Street on Monday beginning at 12 Noon followed by the funeral service at 2:00 p.m. with Marilyn Avery officiating. Interment will be held at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Diabetes Association.
