CARR, ALBERTA - The death of Alberta Carr occurred on October 25, 2013 at the Oromocto Public Hospital. Born September 16, 1917 in Saint John, NB, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Ivey (Clark) McLellan and wife of the late Cyril A. Carr. Alberta is survived by her children, Ashley Carr (Joanne) of French Lake, NB, Weldon Carr (Judianne) of French Lake, NB and Dale Morrow (Roger) of Harvey Station, NB; grandchildren, Linton, Lisa, Jon, Greg, James and Lindsay; many great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Mary McLellan of Saint John, NB and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents; her husband, Cyril; five brothers and three sisters.
Visitation will be held at the Oromocto Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 29, 2013 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A funeral service will be held at the Geary Baptist Church on Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at 2:00 pm. Pastor Steve Ranni will officiate assisted by Rev. Greg Sparkes.
