It is with great sadness that we announce to passing of a dear and loving husband, father grandfather and brother on October 28, 2013 at James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander, Cluney Burton age 63 years of Greenspond. Predeceased by his parents; Robert and Maggie Burton, sister; Beatrice and brother-in-law; William Burry, brother; Issac and sister-in-law; Gertrude Burton, brother; Robert Burton, brothers - in-law; Roy Feltham, Lloyd Hawkins and Thomas Maher Leaving to mourn with many treasured memories are his wife; Nina, son, Jason (Penny) of Greenspond, daughter; Lillian Paul (Jason) of Appleton, grandchildren; Mitchell and Daniel Paul , brothers; George (Edna), Roy (Bernice), Arthur (Carol), Boyd (Rexine) all of Greenspond, sisters; Mary Feltham of Gambo, Anna Hawkins of Badger‘s Quay, Averil (Lawrence Wornell) of Greenspond, Lillian Maher of Valleyfield, sister-in-law; Ethel Burton of Greenspond and a large circle of other relatives and many friends. Funeral service was held on October 30, 2013 at St. Stephen’s Anglican Church, Greenspond with Rev. Brian Hannon officiating. Interment followed at the Interfaith Cemetery, Shambler’s Cove, Greenspond. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the care of Kittiwake Funeral Home, Pound Cove - Musgrave Harbour.
